good luck with that number by the way, i'm pretty sure u won't hit 493 or anywhere close to that to the wheels, or even at the flywheel, and if so, then i'd like to see some of this reasearch please

You must be retarded to throw 35k into a civic. I don't care what anyone says. Its a stupid idea. Your going to be working on this thing more than actually driving it, and its still not going to out handle a corvette you could get for the same price. Also, do you have this 35k in cash? Otherwise I can almost guarantee that you won't finish this project. If you don't do it all at once it will never happen.
