HELP ME WID AN ANSWER

we finally got a SNOW !
today on da east coast, it snowed and all those fu(cking salt/sand is gonna kill mah car.
also one question:
i drove last night and it was rain/snow mix it's more like a hail but they were lil pieces, my thoughts are very disturbing dat after i drove my car under dat condition, will it damage my paint???..... because all i can hear while im driving is how hard it drops on my car... and its bugging me.
