replaced stock wheels, steering wheel wobbles, why?

We recently had our first major snowfall here in the Chi so I took off my rims and put my stock wheels back on. when im driving on the highway, my steering wheel shakes and wobbles all crazy, why?!! its so annoying!!! the first thing i did after replacing the wheels was fill them with air all around so I know thats not the issue. what could the problem possibly be? please help!!!

Needs correct torque on each lugnut, either that or your stokc wheels need to be rebalanced again.
