Its very easy, Me and 2 of my friends did it and it took about 2 hours, I can't remember how many bolts there are, but most of what holds the bumper on is clips anyway, just please be sure and remember which ones go where, i still have some leftovers...
EDIT: oh forgot to mention, b4 u begin lay down a thick blanket infront of your car unless u have someone there to catch the bumper, cuz when it all pops out it kinda flies off, but if you are ready for it then it won't be a problem, also when you are pulling the chrome piece out, and putting it in after you have pulled ur headlights apart, line the edges with a paper towel so that u don't get the black goo on the clear plastic part.
Good Luck!

Yeah, i did the towel thing also and it worked well. To answer your question, the bumper is held on my 4 screws and a bunch of clips. 2 of the screws are under the car, and the other 2 are in the wheelwell/fender areas. Also, the headlights are held in place by a screw and about 3-4 bolts each. Good luck!
Whoever told you it was an EASY task was only partially right. It takes a LOT of time and patience....and a bit of confidence, esp when you're removing the bumper and prying apart the headlights. Dont force anything too hard....it'll take a bit of force but not THAT much. Took me about 5 hours to clear my lights but i took some time out to go buy a better wrench, and some bug and tar remover. But it looks perfect, so i'm happy...

Just do it...
22-24 parts holding the bumper together... it's not hard. Yank it out from the sides and the front.
it took me three hours my first time to clear hahahhaa........... the second time only 1 hour including drying (got into a little car accident). And it too like 4 hours to do my friends headlights...... and we only sealed half of his headlight in each headlight hahahhaaha........ and suprisingly there's no leaking or fogging hahahaha.
