im planning on ordering a 15'' Kicker L7 Subwoofer. I was wondering if anyone knows if it will fit in the car? i got a 2 door coupe. sorry if i posted this in the wrong section, i dont know where this shuld be posted. I had a 12'' but it blew so i got warranty so im basically trading it in and paying a bit more for 15''. anyone know ?

yeah it will fit why wouldn't it, and this should be in the ice electrical forum. im about to put 2 12 kicker comp vr's into mine.

yes it does fit. a member had TWO (2) 15" solobarics in his coupe. i think it was in a sealed box, figures.


if your getting the 15" sqaure sub in a sealed, you wont have a problem, but if your going large/ported/vented, you may have one. take it from a person who has one in a large vented box


you can even fit 3 of those in a 7thgen coupe trunk, but its about the box when it comes to performance. you can get 3 of those stuffed into a sealed sized box or 1 in a ported box and sound as good.

dont start two different threads about one thing, and yes it should fit because there is 16.5" of clearance between floor of trunk and the bars that run side to side for the trunk.
