has anybody dyno there car?

has anybody on this forum build there d17 and dyno it you know the good stuff intake, exhaust, header, etc

please tell me how much hp you guys got off the d17

Well buddy there's gonna be a lot of people telling you to search because this topic has been beaten to death. I/H/E set up will get you 10-12whp if you're lucky. If you really want to make your car fast save up for N2O or a turbo set up or a k20 swap. The I/H/E route is only for looks/sound.

Last dyno no boost - I/H/E I pushed 89 HP
now boosted @6psi - 189 hp forgot torque

and boosted @12 psi - No run yet still tuning and think I have tranny issue

last dyno tuned with vafcII = 100whp for my auto EX with mods listed in my profile. I've since gotten a better header, and cam gear going on in a few months. That should up it some more.
