^^ Agreed, they could be in the states early for testing. Also they could be starting to come in early as show room cars. I know the 05 6mts started rolling in at the docks and no one would believe it. But they turned out to be cars that were going to be displayed in show rooms. Also who is to say that car had its picture taken in the usa?

I think it is legit, Certainly looks like a Honda Civic (rear headrest,trim above rear licence plate. Looks like Accord door handles) Good spy shot for the magazines, might make some $$
