hey does anybody know if this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33577 is the same as ground wire or the ground system thing

Yea jacobs accuvolt came out with that crud back in the 90's cliaming that your voltage would never go lower then what you set it to! Laughable.They claimed that you could run five collossus amps or like 5 usamps vlx400's and your regular car battery/alt/ accuvolt with no problems.
