Question.....

I've got 16 inch rims with yokohama avid h4's on them, (205/40R16) as of right now the tires look a little too small for the car, my question is if I drop the car about 2", will it make the tires look a little more suitable for the car?

If you drop it, I think it would look nice. I have 15" rims, simply because they are faster and lighter to some degree.....
and I plan on dropping my car about 1.25 - 1.5".

even if you drop your car your tires are still thin and it will look funny droped with all that extra space on the sides. what kind of rim's you got? 16's are better for speed. much lighter but don't look as good. i have 17" white alt's. but i'm thinking on buying some 16 inch spoon rims. they way in at like 5, 6 pounds. i need big bucks though. you should get bigger tires and then lower

16's with 40 profile tires? Dude, your speedo is gotta be WAY off. If you want 40 profile tires your gonna need at least 17" rims.
