What type of bulb does 04' EL fog take?

What type of bulbs does a 2004 EL stock fog lamp take?

I understand it is HB4 or 9006 bulbs. Can I put silverstars 9006ST or 9006XSST in it?

Why not play it safe and call the dealership parts department and ask them what bulb the foglights take?

Or you could take one of the bulbs out, drive to Canadian Tire, and compare it to both the 9006ST or 9006XS ST...no?
