From the looks of things, honda didnt change much of the styling from prototype/concept to production. Maybe that will be the same for the 8th gen si.. Soooo back in 2000 and 2001 Honda release the 7th gen civic. I was searching through hondanews.com, their press site and found some prototype and concept pics of the 7th gen coupe and si. Here are the some pics, enjoy.

ive seen the gold one before some company took that civic and made custum parts for it thats not a prototype. and the silver one have an OEM kit not an Areo OEM kit

wow yeah man- they didnt change anything at all as far as the actual base-body style goes! I hope the new si looks just like the concept. maybe itll lose the nice wheels tho :-/

isn't the Si goin to be the same as the DX lx hx ex vp mx px civic? thats what "someone" on this thread told me.. if so, why do we keep addressing it as the 06 si and not the 06 "civic"

i am sorry , the silver coupe is in the regular OEM kit with the front, side and rear under spoilers, while the Gold one is in the Honda "Aero kit". The gold one wasnt done by an aftermarket company, those are honda parts. If you read my post those were concept and prototype cars made by honda. Included in my initial post was the link to honda's press site. Those civcs were made for display at SEMA, just like how the Si will debut in SEMA later on this year. you could buy both kits at: http://www.handa-accessories.com/civext01.html

the gold one looks like it may have blacked out headlights. maybe? or is it the lighting?
