5spd Drivers...What is Your Preference in Park?
do you leave it in gear and pull up the ebrake?
leave it in neutral and pull up the ebrake?
or some combo of the 2
and what are the pros and cons... i.e. wearing of the ebrake line etc...

1st gear and e-brake.... my dad always taught me to do them both in case one gives way.
If I'm parked on a big downhill, I'll put it in reverse.

1st and e-brake.... brother's routine, now I do it as well. Also, when I'm on flat ground, I dont have to pull the e-brake as much compared to parking on a hill.

neutral and ebrake. If you get hit while in gear chances of you trans surviving are low. Plus there is less chance of starting it, forgetting its in gear and popping the clutch. I'll only put it in gear if i'm on a hill.

neutral and ebrake. Every single time I get my car back from a shop, it is in 1st. I start the car and dont realize it. I am better about it now. I have started/stalled my car so many times. I hate when I do that.

good 'ol tacos. Neutral and ebrake... But same as trix I heard it is possible for your brake line to freeze, but in order for that to happen you have to live somewhere that gets extremely cold... hence why i don't worry about it
