Hey guys, i need new wiper blades and i was just thinking of getting the "carbon fiber" blades at auto, not sure if they'd look good or not, their a little cheaper than normal blades and right now i have a cf hood, i eventually i wanna get cf mirrors and trunk, what u guys think?

well they're not real carbon fiber, but they look like it btw is there any advantage to having 2 blades on 1 wiper?

You need to get the Piaa carbon fiber wiper blades. I got a set of the standard black ones this summer, and they are the most amazing wipers I've ever used. The water really fly's right off the windshield when your driving. http://piaa.com/WiperBlades/silicone.html

i mean yes if the wipers last like almost 2 years or something.....in a way they seem ricey but.....what is ricey now a days....ive gone to HID in atlantic city...HID in Honolulu....and these cars are so freaking done up that its ridiculous.....a integra with a 26inch screen tv under the hood with 4 lil ones on the side....that is just ridiculous to me.....but wiper blades....ummm....there not that bad....but if they work miracles then get them

OEM blades seem to work best from my experience. Cheap too, only about $5 a side for the inserts at the dealer.

i would say get the Piaas. I didnt think i wanted to put so much money into wipers either, but turns out i really like them, good quality product, id never use the oem ones again.

dont buy those dual bladed aftermaket ones I bought a red pair for mine because i wanted matched wipers. They skip and they only work good when the rain's pouring down hard; when it's not they'll leave a lotta thin water on your window.


But if you still want them, remember that the 2 wipers are different sizes

I bought some cf painted ones from checker last night, pretty good cuz it'sa raining all day today, they're just 1 wiper, not 2, and each one is 1 inch smaller than oem cuz they didn't carry the cf ones in 19 inch and 21 inch, so i've got 18 and 20, i actually like the way it looks cuz it's pretty suttle, u have to look to see it and they were 7 bucks a pop so pretty cheap
