Rep Power: 304 Lexus LF-A concept
Vehicle: Lexus LF-A concept
Engine: High-output double overhead cam V-8
Horsepower: More than 500 hp
Height: 48.0 inches
Width: 73.2 inches
Length: 173.2 inches
What the automaker says: "The Lexus LF-A is like no sports car we have ever built--or even imagined," said Jim Press, Toyota Motor Sales executive vice president and COO. "Currently only a concept, it is a realistic vision of how we might address the boundaries that define the exotic sports car landscape." The Lexus LF-A concept features an engine capable of developing more than 500 horsepower from a displacement of less than five liters. With a combination of optimum gearing, weight and aerodynamics, the LF-A concept would produce a top speed in the neighborhood of 200 miles per hour.
What you should know: Lexus says the LF-A concept strongly hints at a high-end halo sports car for the brand. Look for it in showrooms three years from now.

Rep Power: 304 I think it looks good except the headlights need to be reworked so that they're more vertical to match the lines of the car.

The interior is ****in hot, but the outside makes me sad in ways I cannot describe without going into convulsions and swallowing my tongue.

Rep Power: 325 why dont they just make a mach 5 supra and put like a v8 or i6 turbo in and price it around $30,000?? that would make them more money in the long run than trying to sell an expensive *** car like that under the lexus name.

Rep Power: 323 It's going to compete with the Viper/SL and other expensive cars. Looks wise, it's hot. If it can perform like a sportscar than it would be really hot. It is badged as a Lexus, and that normally means that it's soft.

Rep Power: 0 The fans under the tails are for when someone is tailing you. You flip a switch inside and it starts pumping smoke in to the bays where the fans are and the smoke will blind whomever is behind you. I like it!

And speculation all over the automotive community is calling this the next Supra. Toyota will not have room for more than one high end sports car in its line-up. If you don't want to consider it the next supra, well that's your perrogative. I'm just giving you the facts. This car is more than likely to debut in 2007, and don't expect another Toyota car that's more "supra-ish" than this.
I don't consider the G35 a skyline, so if you don't consider this a Supra, well that's understandable I guess.
