yup lower first. I wasnt sure what to get first, but I decided to drop it. I love the clean look of a stock car dropped. You may as well, go from there. I might get alip kit though. I def. want an OEM lip kit.

I'd say a civic with the oem lip kit can get away without being lowered (even though it looks better), whereas any other aftermarket kit looks strange without a lowering.
