I haven't seen that one. And considering that is a 7thgen Accord at the end, and it is a wagon, it must not have been sown in the US

Honda released this commercial, called "Cog", in the UK because of poor sales. This commercial took 606 shots to take and now is the largest Rube Goldberg device ever captured on film, and ever created. Yes its real.
"The film cost six million dollars and took three months to complete including a full engineering of the sequence." (actual cost is unknown and the $6 million figure may be a misunderstanding)
"There are six and only six hand-made Accords in the world. To the horror of Honda engineers, the filmmakers disassembled two of them to make the film." (these were pre-production accords, accords were not being manufactured yet at time of filming)
"It took five months of production and design work before "Cog" was ready to shoot. Then the real work began. In the course of a week in a Paris studio, crews agonized through 605 takes."
One last piece of info:
"Some of the original ideas, such as one stunt involving an airbag, had to be dropped owing to a shortage of new Accord parts"
