LETS SEE YOUR CAR, QUIT CHANGING SUBJECT.. u prolly drive a 1992 paseo
i been to plenty of car shows and saw what quality work is on quality cars. everythign matches perfectly. this includes hsows liek HIN and local car shows.... a good paint job from a good shop will match perfectly.

the fact is that you;re too cheap or broke to repaint your whole car so it'll match perfectly but yet you wanna tell poeple that if you fix up a car do it right or dont do it at all. listen to your advice.

if should not matter what i drive..... by asking me what i drive is showing me that you're trying to divert attention from your car that is supposed to be an "example" of how a civic should be done up.

get a life dude..... your car is just like any other civic out there. its plain, it looks ok and is faaaaaaar from the cleanest on the site.

i'm gonna have to agree with dave on most of the htings he said.

i really hate when poeple think their car is the ideal car when its not. sure rijowy's car is nice but the way his first postsounded it seemed like his car was what a civic should look like.

bottom line is that you should just mind your own business when it comes to fixing cars up........ i for one like the show style over performance but thats just me, i never try to tell people that my car is cool. whenever people give me props i just say thanks well knowing that my car is nothign special.

Blame it on "The Fast and the Furious."

I like your take on the cheap APC 'racing' seats and harnesses. The problem is though you're probably right. Very scary.

I have winter rims and tires for the snow so that's not an issue. Wanna trade your RSX seats for my S2K seats...LOL. I didn't realize the S2K seats didnt have the airbag sensor. I bought them this summer and they're just sitting in my shed. Oh well. Maybe I'll talk to you next season for some 19's. (drooling)

dave05ex what the **** are you talking about? i'm not hanging off anybody's nuts. i never said i agreed or disagreed with him. I like his car, so what that's my opinion. I agreed with his statment about company's making ****. Look at most of the aftermarket parts out for the d17. if you can't get decent gains with it then don't put it out or at least at a cheap price. DH racing prime example. I said "excellent post" because he has the ***** to voice his opinion. The same goes for you nice post. Do i agree with what you have to say? That's a different post.

Hopefully people fix thier cars up to make themselves happy.

This is a hard topic because in reality it comes down to taste. Some people don't dress well, why would cars be any thing different.

I think the worst part is that the most obnoxious drivers have the stereo typical taste in parts. So driving a fixed up import tends to bring some negative attention.

I do wish this site would quit straying and go back to its roots. I really would love to hear more about performance parts that actually worked, issues that need to be fixed, or just even how to replace a bad wheel bearing.
