Upgrading Seats: Front Track Assembly Question.

I might score some sweet seats soon.

The current owner of the seats had the original brackets removed, and had aftermarket sliders welded on.

Would it be too difficult to remove my stock track assembly and re-weld them on the new seats or... would it be better to buy the OEM track assembly from a yard @ $50 a piece.

Hey Telly, they're RSX leathers.

What has to happen is that the current brackets have to be taken off with a grinder.

Not hard I would imagine, from looking at the parts catalog listing:

Well I got them installed.
I had a shop take care of everything.

Original sliders were left untouched,
Original brackets were removed then re-attached.
Hell of a lot of work.
