That's the Euro-Civic, look at the plates. Even the article alludes to the "American version" being a coupe and having an elongated nose like the S2000, so don't everyone get their panties in a wad.

this is chester.. please please please do not make that the 8th gen civic.. it would be ok has the new SI or some crap because thats a gay car to begin with.. maybe as a 9th or a 10th gen that would be ok.. but please god.. not as a 8th gen.. i plan to keep my 02 for the new 2 years anyway.. i want more time with it cuz i love it.. but please.. dont stick me with some ugly piece of crap like that.. cuz if you do god.. i friggin swear ill get a hyundai.. my ex had a hyundai.. and they are pretty nice once you swap some stuff out....

Rep Power: 0 if they are going for the TL/TSX front end look, then that's a good step forward. there are also some rumors that it might also be an Accord-like front end with those sharp headlight edges. who knows both will look good IMO.
