Just take the hub caps off. Just leave the steel hubbies exposed. Hub caps don't fool anyone. IMO

Yea, I may remove them.. not sure yet. Or, when I get tired of them. No hubs look bad too though. I think I like the painted hubs better than none at all. I need rims, I know.

I think it looks good on tan, which my car is. BTW, the steel wheels are already black. Why do you think you have to paint them?

you need to get in the zone (auto zone) and buy some 13" spinner hub caps! that sh.. will make you civic about 20 hp stronger.

I painted a set of steelies black and they look awsome. Just takes a little time. You need to make sure you get them really clean sand them down with some fine sandpaper. Then hit them with a good quality oil based industrial primer, and then go back with a good quality gloss black. I added a catalyst hardner to my paint before i sprayed them and they shine like crazy. you dont wanna use some shitty paint on your wheels b/c they wont last for anything or hold up long but if you do it right they turn out awsome i will post some pics of mine soon.
