sponsored
you should pm blackbullet he has a few.
but basically you have to get your car out there.
make a good proposal letter, and take pics of the entire transformation of your car. go to alot of shows, you have to get the car noticed.
most sposorships, are partial or half sponsorships you get parts at cost or percent of cost from your sponsor, in exchange you have to rep them, by stickers on the car etc..

Lets see some pics of your car first?
From what I have been told:
For your first car getting sponsored, you have to pretty much build it yourself and show companies what you have to offer to them, with your money.
Then when you decide you want to do a new car or build another project car, those companies are going to see what you did on your last one and want to be a part of it in which then you may get free parts or discount on them.
I just recently got my first "sponsorship", and its only a partial which means I just get parts at cost basically. Nothing huge, but its a start. Feel free to look at my ride in "members ride gallery".

We get sponsorship requests constantly and here's some friendly advice for anyone looking to attain a sponsorship (from any company).
If your car is stock, don't waste your time. Saying that you have all of these plans but you need a good sponsor isn't going to work. Companies look for cars that stand out. Cars that make the general population say "Wow, I want my car to be like that!". Your car has to be pretty heavily modified to obtain a sponsorship. Also, remember that the modifications that you make to your car should be representative of what the company you are targeting for sponsorship stands for.
For example, if you are trying to get sponsored by a performance oriented company, do not put a big aluminum wing on your front wheel drive car and think they are going to take you seriously. Performance oriented companies are looking for cars that they can show off their performance parts on.
That's all for now, good luck guys

about performance companies most hate the civic so forget it. The dodge neon srt-4 is the number one sponcership gaining car right now for performance mods. Why? because the car is a cheap base which in marketing status can be purchased by most people on a decent salery. People willing to dump money into it to make it faster and its easy to make them faster because they are tuner friendly. Old 6thgens were tuner friendly
sponcership in reality is a falisy. nothing is free in life car part companies generally dont sponcer cars unless thier a small company.
Companies aka example Tenzo build thier own and purchase thier own showcars. they do semi sponserships for customers but thats a little above cost still.
Another example would be apline building thier own cars etc. kaminari does the same purchasing thier own cars which they sell later on.
so in real terms a good sponcership isnt real....most of it is just junk carbon fiber hoods from companies that fade, wings, trunks thats it.
