modified civics...depending on the level of modification, can either be a ricer, modified, or sleeper

See, I told you guys I was forgetting something. This is why these things need to be a group project, because I am a complete idiot and I need other brains to help mine out.

Yeah, goddamn pedestrians.

But that got me thinking...those Canadian geese too. If someone sees you hit one and can prove that you did it, it's a 500 dollar fine + loss of license for 4 months here in New Jersey. I know this because an a-hole at my school with a jacked-up Jeep Wrangler loved to hit them and finally got caught. The law basically says if you don't try to miss them in every way possible then it is cruel and villainous.

Seems screwy to me...if I had to swerve to hit one of those walking piles of crap and risk hitting another car, I would just brake as much as I safely could and if it got out of the way in time, great. If not, oh well, sorry about that. All someone would have to do is say they saw me hit it and not try to swerve and I'd be getting the ticket in the mail. So I guess I should be smarter and just hit the other damn car.
