The Pavement Food Chain
Here's how I see it.
Trains (yep...just about everyone stops for them or gets whacked)
Army Trucks (cops have handguns and shotguns, these guys have M16s, rocket launchers, and tanks
)
Cops
Rigs
Exotics (Ferrari, Lambo, Saleen, etc.)
Sleepers
sportbikes (litreclass - 600cc)
Modified
Luxury Performance (Porsche, M3, 355 AMG, TT etc.)
sportbikes (600cc on down)
Old School (the muscle cars...Charger, GTO, etc.)
Non-Modified Performance (STi, EVO, SRT-4, All-Trac, etc.)
Mid-Class Performance (Mustang, Cougar (pre-2000), 3.5L Altima, etc.)
Luxury (Mercedes, BMW, Audi)
Pickups
Off-Road (Jeep)
Bling (spinners on a Cadillac Escalade...god I hate these guys but I know many people in here love this ****...)
SUVs/Minivans
Campers/RVs
Beaters (like a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim
)
Ricers
Touring Bikes (if you don't know what that is, think Lance Armstrong...drop 2 grand on a bike lol)
Runners
10-speed bikes (average Joe)
Electric Scooters
Skateboards
Walkers
Roadkill
I tried to cover everything you would ever see on the road, crossing a road, etc. I know I must have missed something...
(I really would like to put bling and ricers all the way at the bottom but I'm sure there are a ton here who fit into those categories
)

haha nice one
i woudl flip these 2 though:
Mid-Class Performance (Mustang, Cougar (pre-2000), 3.5L Altima, etc.)
Luxury (Mercedes, BMW, Audi)
i would take a 3-series BMW or audi a4 over a mustang or cougar any day

unmodified civics fit in beaters...lets face it, its slow but serves its purpose (gas economy) well
modified civics...depending on the level of modification, can either be a ricer, modified, or sleeper

I was thinking... Wouldn't the pedestrians be first on the list? They have the right of way no matter what.
I always have to wait for people to cross the street. Damn pedestrians own the road.

Yeah, goddamn pedestrians.
But that got me thinking...those Canadian geese too. If someone sees you hit one and can prove that you did it, it's a 500 dollar fine + loss of license for 4 months here in New Jersey. I know this because an a-hole at my school with a jacked-up Jeep Wrangler loved to hit them and finally got caught. The law basically says if you don't try to miss them in every way possible then it is cruel and villainous.
Seems screwy to me...if I had to swerve to hit one of those walking piles of crap and risk hitting another car, I would just brake as much as I safely could and if it got out of the way in time, great. If not, oh well, sorry about that. All someone would have to do is say they saw me hit it and not try to swerve and I'd be getting the ticket in the mail. So I guess I should be smarter and just hit the other damn car.
Talk about being between a rock and a hard place...
