ok...i appraise cars at a dealership and this guy comes in wanting to trade in a beetle...ok no biggie...i get out there and this guy...haha..this guy...turbo...turbo timer...exhaust blah blah...anyways...15 PSI on this thing. Now quote me cuz im NOT condoNing the modification of a new beetle in anyway. so no flaaming but damn this thing was a monster (considering it was a beetle). i drove an r32 last night and i am willing to bet this thing would waste an r32....but still no modifying new beetles....plus it had a flower in the vase to top it off...

ahh point was pretty much...beetles are wack but this one was fast...i guess sorry for talking...i can see how pointless this thred was compared to all the other ones about people punching their hoods and such...my bad...delete it if that is what is desired...

not bent at all...just thought id share...if nobody cares then delete it...but yes of course i drove the beetle.....turbo was insane...didnt race anything in the beetle or the r32 but this beetle had way better pickup....


ps...still not condoning the modifications to any new beetles...period...

2...yes i am aware that some do come with a stock turbo...this however was the 2.0 non turbo motor with an aftermarket turbo on it...im not as dumb as i look...

i was gonna say, i thought turboed VW 1.8's had plenty of PSI to begin with, 15 isn't that much. but he's pretty retarded to put an aftermarket turbo on a 2.0, coulda bought a turbo one and spent less $ easy. take what you're given i guess, hence why he drove a beetle in the first place.

Here is a Beetle with over 500 hp. These guys do sick things with v-dubs.

Here they got a twin turbo R32... 19psi, 3.2 0-60 and 11.49 1/4.

I think I would have a difficult time not taking that beetle for a drive... But I couldn't stand to own it.
