Well the car is still banged up, the lady pulled out of a parking lot cut a lane of traffic to sideswipe me pretty bad. I was doing almost 40 and got pushed but recovered. The passenger door needs to be replace and the back quarter needs to be spot welded and pulled out then completely repainted. But I am amazed that with the damage the door sustained that it still opens and closes quietly no creaks or strains and no wind noise. The guy at the fix-shop was laughing and said, well it's a Honda, so I wouldn't expect anything else.
yeah, Ill get pics up soon. The best part was the lady had a new Celica and no insurance. So she is being arrested for that, then has to go to court for it, hopefully they will take her car away. My insurance company is suing her for the money and I might sure her for my deductible if I cannot get it quick enough. The car drives fine and it was a lucky hit. She hit directly between the wheels, no wheel or suspension damage whatsoever.
I spent 1425 points to do this.

yeah some dumb lady hit me like 5 months ago. were going to court. she had no insurance, and wont pay a cent. i dont wanna go through my insurance because my rates will fly, and so will my parents (i'm on their policy). fortunately, she admited on the police report that it was completely her fault (i was in her blind spot when she hit me on the highway). do you think the judge will make me use my insurance?
i think by law if the damage is over 500.00 (i THINK, in CA) the police have to file a report and then that is sent to the insurance company. its always best to settle out of court just because no matter whos fault it is, your rates still go up. down with insurance companies, scandalous ****s.
