04 magnesium metal owners ..

Just when we thought our color was very unique, and somewhat original for honda oem paint ...

the 2005 rsx's had to come out w/ the same damn color on their type S.

I'm not bitter ... just jealous

RipCurl is an unknown quantity at this point
you can do that with a simple intake and hondata installation on the current rsx's (which is why im getting a 04 RSX...the 05's bites). 210 hp is all that is gained on the 05's .. oh WEEE!!! I can get more with an installation of a CAI and hondata.

The color was also unique back in 1988-1990, OEM Honda Paint.

The 05 RSX's will also have Vivid Blue (like the 02+ Civic Si's). It will replace Arctic Blue. And the Magnesium Metallic will replace Desert Silver.

Here's a scanned pic of the colors in the brochure (thanks to Rich4114 on CRSX). The image was a lot bigger, but I had to crop it because of the file size.

The new colors are:

Jade Green Metallic
Vivid Blue Pearl
Magnesium Metallic
Blaze Orange Metallic (Type S only)
