Be careful when driving in the rain!
I hope your bro gets better.
Today was horrible here in Sacramento. 45 Mph wind, standing water on the highways, and idiot drivers all around.
P.S. the reason the roads are the slickest 10 min after it starts raining is all of the oil, grease, etc. moving to the top of the asphalt.

word. its worse here in socal cuz it just doesnt rain much. and talk about road grease, there are times were i saw the road get foamy and shiny and smell like nachos from the grease and oil. slick roads + socal drivers inexperieced in the rain = fatal accident.
