well, it seems to me that if you see something and still don't believe it with all the facts backed up, that is just pretty stupid, isn't it? denial maybe?

You have no vids of your car. At least none that I have seen.

thats called BOMB *** driving with SLICKS......most people are average drivers. I have a vid of a STOCK e46M3 with slicks and guess what it runs.....high 12s.

Nutshell bolton k20a > m3 ... in the hands of a good driver.
No, plus your comparing an engine to a car.....how about this....k20a>s54 but even then....i still say NO.

ok, then. K20a swapped civics > e46 m3, in my opinion. If they run the same times, great. NOWHERE in my post did I say an e46 m3 is slow, so I don't understand why you are getting defensive. I mentioned that a full bolton k20a swapped civic would be quicker than a STOCK m3. That's all I said. You mentioned slicks on an m3, I was talking about stock

id still take an M3, after driving one...it in no way compares to an rsx IMO to style, performance, luxury and comfort , but then again thats european engineering and more $$$, which i dont have, hehe...plus ive seen a local dyno put on a midpipe and exhaust on one and it got 18whp, ever seen this on an N/a honda? never

Just thought I'd point out a few things...

First of all, for all those who think aznboysrfr is making this up, you have to realize that for someone to lie, there is usually a motive. Well, if he doesn't care whether or not anyone believes him, what is his motive for making up a lie?\

Secondly, I think aznboysrfr is referring to the K20A to take on an M3 with bolt-ons; most of you are condemning the K20A2, which is 20 hp less, not to mention my speculation that it would respond less than the K20A to Hondata.

Then whats the point of you arguing for this long? Or even posting stories of your "kill"?

I'm sorry man. You were asking for a BS flag. Your turbo d17 keeping up w/ an m3? Good lord.. the day I see a d17 hit low 13s..

I agree. That's why I stopped posting kill stories, because nobody believed me. but those who have seen my car (ie. the members vouching for me above) know how fast it was

You don't have to believe it. Obviously you don't. I've smoked countless Preludes, WRX's, ran even with a couple STi's, beat an STi. Please don't give me pointless bullshit. I remember when Catalyst posted that he smoked a C5 Corvette, everyone was amazed. I said I've pulled dead even with an M3 and everyone goes apeshit on me.

On another note, I saw the post u edited a sec ago ... I don't need to prove myself to you, or anyone else for that matter. I purchased my turbo for my OWN satisfaction, not to show off to everyone on the board or to have something to prove.

well, I took the turbo off ... sick of blowing my headgasket... but my former setup was:

SF turbo w/ equal length mani, upgraded turbo, alcohol inj.
Removed power steering
SSR Competition's 16x7.5 (11.5 pounds each) with 225/50/16 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires (ultra sticky)
A little weight reduction (gutted trunk, CF hood)
ground wire kit (not that it mattered much)
Denso IK22 plugs
2.5" catless straightpipe/midpipe
Greddy Evo II exhaust

ran at 7.5 psi
