A local Honda dealership
I had but a lower rear tie bar on my civic and took it up to my local dealership to have them re-align the rear suspension. Also to add to the fact I had bought some very nice and sticky falkens, I had planned to try my luck in a local auto-crossing meet. Time when by, 8000 miles to be exact, and I start to hear a clicking noise when I drive, and the noise went faster as my speed increased so obviously it was the wheels. My left rear tire was worn down to the metal threads in the middle of the tire. I am talking like a 4 inch gap of all metal ,but my right rear was not as bad but metal was coming through. I immediately took it into Discount Tire, where I had bought the tires, thinking it was a faulty tire. No, my alignment was so bad that it had worn down my brand new falkens down to nothing. I returned to Honda and get no rebate or anything.

And upon re reading his post, it sounds like toe-in or toe-out WAS the problem. Again though, it's his fault for not checking his tires, and there is no way honda will pay for new tires. They usually have like a 1 week warranty on the alignment, but thats it.

There is rear camber adjustment. That is why they have rear camber kits. I have one and it adjust the camber. They also can adjust the toe in the rear. The camber in the back is when the tire sits in or out. The toe is when it sits left to right and how far in. Both can be adjusted in the rear.
