dealers I think put the reccomended 5w-20 in there..

I use Mobile 1 10w-30 full synthetic.. I just switched over to that from Castrol GTX 10w-30

I use conventional 5W20 - the last few oil changes have been with Castrol GTX. Have also used Texaco Havoline , Motorcraft and Valvoline. My 2K1 LX will go over 98,000 today and engine runs great.

Honda 5w-20 oil with a Honda Filtech made filter every 4K miles.

Currently I'm using Honda 5W-20 with Mobil 1 filter, but I only have 7500 miles on the car... and it's less than 3 months old...
@ 10k I'll be switching to Mobil 1: 0W-20 with Mobil 1 Filter and Redline syn tranny oil.
I wouldn't have the dealer change my oil - you never know what you get.
