Free Up Power

I was looking for some engine mods that would free up some power on my 96 Civic EX but not be too monetarily prolific. Any suggestions? Oh and I do currently have a cold air intake. So anything else?

I/H/E is just the basics wont give you much WHP at all
96 civic huh. A B18C would fit nice in thier or an H22

i did alot of little things to my 96 ex that didn't make tremendous power, but made enough and it ran really smoothe. I did the complete MSD ignition setup, fuel pressure regulator with guage, cam gear at -3 degrees, intake/header/cat/exhaust, port and polished throttle body and intake manifold. that car ran so much nicer than my 7thgen.
