Door lock problems on 99 civic ex
I bought this civic 8 years ago after being flooded, I went thru and replaced the computer, cleaned connectors, etc. It's given me 100k trouble free miles but the locks. I've never had a key fob until yesterday. The power lock switch will UNLOCK all doors but I have to manually lock them. Testing my new key fob, it UNLOCKS all doors but when I try to lock it all it does is flash the lights...I still have to manually lock it. Any thoughts?

The power lock switch will UNLOCK all doors but I have to manually lock them.
Keyless and power lock control unit should be behind the drivers kick panel on 99-00. I'd get a wiring diagram and voltmeter and start testing there.
EDIT: Be aware those cars like to break wires in the door jamb harness.
