so i get a letter in the mail today when i get home from work, stating that i didnt pay for a ticket that i got back in febuary. I find this dunny cause i did pay it by check have proof of it and it cleared and everything, but the idoits at the court house think i am trying to skimp out on the bill. So i have 14 days to fix all this crap-ola b4 they revoke my driving privildges. WHAT A PAIN IN THE REAR. my day off tomm will be ruined.

has this happend to anyone b4? can i just call instead of going to the court house again?!?!?! this is rediculous.


sorry just needed to vent. although if u have been in this poss. b4 please any help will be appricated.



THIS WAS MY 1st TICKET TOO.......man sometimes i wonder if it is worth the hassle to speed.

That does not make the cops idiots.. just the 'near highschool' graduates who make $7 per hour who work in the court house idiots. Also, if you didnt brake the law in the first place and get a ticket none of this would be happening

Back in December I got a ticket for driving my girlfriends car without registration (i was moving it for her because of street cleaning). She paid the ticket with a money order but didn't save proof. So a few weeks ago I got a letter saying it was not paid and now I owed $700 and my liscense was suspended. Of course she doesn't have that kind of money so basicly the State of California jacked me for $700. ****ers.

go to court, bring the cancelled check and tell them to reimburse you for a missed day of work.
