I have been thinking of getting a second car, was going to get a Big Dog motorcycle but have limited use in my area,,,,,,,,would you get a 1993 ferarri 348 GTS, a 2005 lotus elise or a 1987 pontiac fiero with a V-6 turbo charged bored 20 over ported and polished heads and a custom turbo which with all the right stuff on the V-6 would give it about 250 HP and on top of that bolt on a FERARR* body kit if i can get my hands on one without the copyright police get me for infringing on it, just can't call it a ferarri. I know ferarris are high maintenance and don't know much about the new lotus, i know its small and fast......I had a 1984 fiero 4cyl and loved it even though it was slow it handeled excelent and was good in the snow. was even thinking of a Hummer H-2 but gas guzzzzzler SO,,,,,,,,,Ferarri,,Lotus,,or the custom Fiero? thanks for your help.

No spare tire in the lotus elise and you sit bumper level with an suv 2 seater but 4cly and 4.8 sec 1/4 mile? only weighs like 1850lbs...........exise tax for a ferarri, about what 2000 a year your right it would still be a fiero and ya only live once,,,,cant take my money with me when i die......so its a toss up between ferarri and lotus have to wait and see if the lotus is crap or not its new for the US. thanks for the ideas maby you know of some other exotic sports cars?

you don't really mean 4.8 sec 1/4 mile i hope. mr2 + turbo = my favorite lightweight fast car. also a fan of porsches, m3's, and deloreans

OH shi* I should have said 0-60 in 4.8 seconds LOL.........I like porsches, BMW's but everyone seems to have them around me. The Z-3 and 4 is nice Z-8 is even better but for over $100,000.? forget it. im looking to spend about $50,000 and don't care for speed but looks and dependability is a plus. anyone hear anything on the Hummer H-2's and if they are good or not?

I have been a valet at a high end lot in Atlanta for a for few years now. I have driven everything from Maybachs, Bentley GT's coupes, Modena's all that. For $50000 you can get a very nice ride depends on what you are looking for. If you want looks and a dependable car i like the new G35 coupes, E500 or E320 mercedes with the panoramic roof, new Audi S4, a new 350z convertible if you live in the warm weather. Those look badass, can be modified, and sound very smooth. H2 per 100 cars have the most problems of any car made now. Let me know what kinds of cars you are thinking about and I will tell you what I can about them.

The Fiero will have no resale value. I'd get the Ferarri, it'll hold it's value better.

OK here is my new list, i cut it down as im going to buy a house so im going to spend about $25000 $30000 on a nice exotic/ sports car or a nice sport utility as i live in snowy new england.
