SRT-4 vs. VR6 video
whats funny is that i went to the cmi event in sacramento on april and they had two srt-4's there that with mods only hit a 14.3 and both lost to civics. One of the civics was a ls/vtec hittin 12's the other a 7th gen runnin 14.2 so i know there fast but not everyone that has one is a good driver and vtec will always be better

lease: In auto cross and in many road racing applications, VTEC hurts you, just like a turbo hurts you. Many times, (I've read that this is especially the case with the S2K) VTEC will kick in mid corner, and throw off the balance of the car.
I'm really starting to get sick of all these rice comments about "VTEC is better." BS...every company has their own version of VTEC anyways...
Until you can explain what VTEC is and how it makes it better than other cars...ESPECIALLY in racing...just STFU.

^^^ Not true. I know plenty of sub 20,000 cars that would destroy the SRT-4. If someone really wants straightline speed and power they should get an old muscle car. Easy to work on and not too much to build. DSM's are easily made to be faster also.
