The new GTO is great. I love it you can feel the power in all gears. The finish is of really high quality. The interior is a big for GM. This is the first car from GM that I love how it look from the inside.
At only $33,000 it gives you the power, drive and comfort of a CLK AMG for half the price.

are you talking about a C-class Mercedes?? cause if you are, thats not all that hard to do, in fact with out the supercharger most C-class mercedes have a hard time getting out of their own way...
I think You mean the CL, or CLK classes
Don't like the looks, but they are pretty quick. There is alot of talk though that the 05 Mustang GT is really gonna give it a run for $7k less. Also Pontiac is having some trouble selling the GTO's. A dealer up here has had two of them on their lot for over 2 months. A dealer at home has three of them on their lot and hasn't moved one in a month.....

The new GTO is POS... Although I like the interior the outside looks like a grandam . Hell remove the badges and it comes pretty close to looking like a 2 door one!Believe me there is alot better cars out there for the price
0-60 5.5 **** doesnt a neon Srt-4 do that?
quarter is 14.2 uhh a z can do that?
hell an STI and evo for the same price can do more than that and go around the twisties faster
ya... its an old mans car, also the interior is pretty freaking nice. I just hope that dodge with the charger doesnt take the "old man" aproach as GM did. That is why they are having problems selling them.
ohh ya they forgot to pin it up against the equally price cl55 amg? umm guys that thing smokes a vette....
plus we all know AMG =automotive money gussler..
its mercedes rape the people of cash show, same applies for the M devisions of BMW, M in my book = money.
Although I really really really love those new M3's!
very sporting cars they be! Last edited by WhiteCastle; Apr 15, 2004 at 01:29 PM.

It was designed by Holden in Australia. Production is at Holden's Elizabeth plant in South Australia
Actually, I guess I hadn't seen the GTO in a while. The last time I saw it was in the concept stage. I just looked at the car on Yahoo. While the front end is nice the rest of the exterior is rather bland. What a dissapointment. I think the Bonneville turned out better looking.

There is a whole race series (V8 class) in Australia in which the Holden Monaro (GTO) and Australian Fords go at it. I am not 100% sure, but I would imagine the suspension would be far more tunable than the new Ford Mustang with its solid rear axle.
