I went with my fiancee to have the inspection done on her 2002 civic coupe, and we found out that in NY state the inspection price went up $4.00. The price is now $39.00. Its ridiculous. It used to cost $19.00 before they started the new way of inspecting cars.

I was just wondering how much it costs where you live to inspect a car?

49.99! inspection and emission done. I went to this one place cuz they dont care about tint and all. just gave me a hard time on my tail lights so i had to put stocks on and im leaving them on.

in my area it's $15 for inspection....$28 for emission...it used to be 10 for inspection and 20 for emission....those faggs!!!

75 $ got a moddified cat though they over look it.. they also give me a readout for my car and a recipt

$14 for emissions, which i think is a total rip off!! all they do is check your gas cap and plug a computer into OBDII. I could do that!!! no more tailpipe test at least not for cars younger than 5 years.

Inspections vary from garage to garage, but paid $45!!! Some are like $80. We don't have an inspection station, but garages do it and they all charge differently....bastards

I dont pay anything for inspection, I live in VA but bought my car in FL. Only have to pay every year for tags.
