lmao! well most of us start out with the good ol' hubcaps till we get enough money for some rims, but yes they do look really stupid especially if the car is not dropped that makes it look like a damn pickup

Rep Power: 0 the funny thing i've seen is a carload of guys in a ricer with two rims and two steelies trying to holler at some girls at a nightclub parking lot. One of the girls made them feel lame. She said "what's wrong with your car, do you think that looks cool or something?"

with the 17"s...now I am getting rotas put on and get rid of my crappy steelies. I have
burned the stock firestones down past the wear bar....I get third gear scratch in them and am
slipping the 60 ft big time....can't wait for my kumhos!!!!!!

Did anyone used to paint their hubcaps WHITE like 5 years ago? lol that was the "in" thing i used to see on hondas. That was kinda ghetto, now i guess it's about painting it BLACK?? hehe. I'd rather leave my hubcaps alone.

man painting them either color is still getto y not just save the money that u keep spending to repaint them cause i bet the paint comes off pretty easily and get some better hubcaps or even better some rims!

i will be rockin the steelies this winter...BUT im thinking about gettin thoes hub cap SPINNERS just for the hell of it. just imagine 15 inch plastic chrome spinners in the winter!! gonna be damn funny!

Rep Power: 0 Ricers are the ones you see riding around town on a daily basis on their black steelies, but not every person you see with steelies on the front is a ricer. Usually when I'm planning to go to the track I will throw my steelies on the front a day ahead of time or the same day even. This is for the track obviously...yes the steelies are much lighter than your 17's or 18's and I personally dont want to be layin my 17 inch rubber down at the drag strip. For some people wearing the steelies is for a purpose, for others they are hoping to achieve a style or status and are being unsuccessful and not realizing it.
I spent 1425 points to do this.
