I understand the RSX-S and the TSX is more powerful, but how is the ride quality? I heard from someone TSX rides like an Accord and I was never really impressed by how the Accord feels.
If RSX-S feels more luxurious and powerful than a Civic, I may consider upgrading. Let me know what your experiences are.

Rep Power: 311 Integras are just more beefed up civics on the Acura side of the family (Acura = luxury branch of Honda). the TSX is something else.
TSX (EDM & JDM Accord) Is not on the same level as a Civic. For starters, it's $10g more than Civics, which should give you an idea of how much more features it has.

Rep Power: 324 ^Like he said. Integra's/RSX's are sportier versions of Civics. They are sold here as Acura's which is a luxery company so it has a sportier ride and is also well balanced for a entry level luxery car.
The TSX is like ^ said, is based on an Accord platform. It's inharently sportier once again because it's competing in the 3-series/IS/A4 league. It does have a lot of features. It is an Accord plus some.
They are both are highly modified/refined cars. They both have good engines and I would personally take either one for a daily ride...

Rep Power: 0 The RSX-S ride is pretty smooth. But I've heard when you hit 80 mph or above, the ride isn't as stable (never tried it though. . . not broken in yet ). The TSX does ride like an Accord. I mean, it basically is an Accord. The ride is a little more smoother and not as stiff as the RSX-S. I drove one that the dealer gave to my bro as a loaner (it was an automatic though).

Rep Power: 0 if you're looking for something in the TSX price range, you might as well check out the V6 accord. the accord is cheaper (LX) or pretty much the same price (EX) as the TSX, plus you get the 3 liter V6 instead of the 2.4 (?) in the TSX. i dunno, i just think the V6 accord is a better deal (and get the coupe, of course; the sedan is.... )
