J/k man, since you're new it's cool. But just to let you know this topic been covered and if you search I'm sure you'll find everyone's opinion on this subject.
I consider anything that doesn't look factory besides wheels as rice but that's just me.

Rep Power: 0 Rice is in the eye of the beholder, to one person that huge double decker wing, with a double decker wing attached to it may look good, but to most it's lack of functionality, and hinderance to performace makes it ricey.
In my personal opinion, I say rice, is anything you put on your car that doesn't really do much, SO, if you have a car with 18" rims, badass ICE as well as cool paint... and you just drive it around, that's fine, some might say it's "ricey" but you might have a fairly decent show car. The least ricey things you can do to your car would be any sort of USEFULL engine or suspension modification that actually makes your car better. CUTTING YOUR SPRINGS IS RICE...(most of the time it makes your car look crappy, handle like **** and so on...)
SO.. basically, you be the judge, if you think it looks good on your car, and you want it there, then that's fine, but there will always be someone who thinks it looks ugly or ricey reguadless what it is.
