front of civic question
I just came accross this on the web. I know it is from a different country (not US), but I haven't seen a Civic with these things on the front. Are they come kind of headlight wiper or somthing?

edit:
I think I was kinda drunk when I posted,
just cleaning it up a bit.

They actually look like "deer horns". They're shaped like a square cone and as the air runs through them they put off a pitch that you can't hear but deer, etc... can hear, and it keeps them away from running in front of you. That would make sense in northern europe... they've got problems with big animals on the roads.

When I was in Australia I saw something interesting. Every car has these huge crash bars on the front. Even little compacts looked like they did major off-road activity. It only took one trip on the highway before I realized what they were. They called them Roo-Bars and the number of dead kangaroos off to the side of the road proved why they were there.

We're getting off topic but this is fun...
They don't have Burger King either. Because of a copyright/trademark thing they call it "Hungry Jack" instead. Same sign with the Big Bun but different words. Weird.
