what's so bad about rice ?

Well, in regards to the rice thing, one lone day I remember hearing the roar of an engine, revin harder, revin faster. I turned my head like all the other people and saw a "riced" out 6th gen civic bobing in and out of traffic from a stop sign. As the roar of the cheap wanna be SS Camaro or GT Mustang engine climaxed the car passed me. I thought, wow, shouldnt it be going faster than that?!?!?!?...
Anyways, to each their own. Personally, I dont think I am a ricer just because I want a body kit (which is just urethane sitting under your car) and rims (which just shine and rotate until you stop). These things may not do anything for my car performance wise, but they can make my car look unique and stand out from the rest. I just want my plain civic to look nice and different (about 7 people have the same color 7th gen I have where I work). I get tired of seeing them go to my car and try opening my door.

i think its just a story your parents made up to stop you from covering your car in stickers and decals with neons and massive wings
but its your car, do what you want to it
drive past rice haters in stock lowered civics with rims and oem kits and think to your self, "at least i can HEAR my 4 cylinder"

lol... theres a lot of those here in l.a.
they're all free advertisements for nike...
don't forget about the chrome splash guards, chrome fender flares, chrome door lining... etc...
