it's a CDM dx hatchback. 6thgen hatches only came in the DX and CX trim, the DX having dual front airbags and the CX only had driver side airbags.

looking at it a bit more, looks like it may actually be a 2000 (not 99) DX special edition that's been debadged on the back side. Body colored mirrors, body colored side molding, mid rear wing, and the rims are the tells there (unless it is a 99 dx hatch and all the 2000 DX SE goodies were added later). The DX SE was only available in 2000
edit 2: that color was only a 1997-99 color, so... yeah. I got nothin at this point.
