in the market
in the market
Hello i do not have a civic but i am thinking of going from a 2017 malibu to a civic but have some questions that hopefully can get some answers. How is the mpg, is it cheap on insurance and are replacement parts also cheap. A million things affect each of these but a general idea for a comparison to what i have currently is helpful to me. I just need something to get me to from point a to b and is reliable, can this gen civic do that?
Re: in the market
It’ll get 35mpg in its sleep (as long as you aren’t constantly going nuts in it)
Insurance is dirt cheap if your driving record is good
Parts are cheap, but keep in mind 6th gen civics are now over 20 years old. They’re very reliable cars but one that wasn’t maintained may not be.
If your budget permits, I’d look at something newer (8th gen and beyond)
