If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Check a Honda dealer parts catalog that covers your specific car (your country code is BR?)

I'm using an online catalog from one of the many Honda dealers selling parts online in the USA,
95 Civic 4 doors here in USA looks like left and right door checkers are identical, but front-rear are not.
The catalog does not tell what any differences might be. ALL I can see here is they have different part numbers.

That doesn't mean a front can't bolt in place of a rear though, or vise-versa,
You'd have to try something like that yourself and see if it works.

Hi,
my code is br yes.
And my civic 98 door checks, stoppers, limitters are making that awfull stomping noise.
Two awfull stomping noises when opening. And one awfull stomping noise when closing.

I have found a DIY to repair It :

https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/t/r...lamming/253607

ill give It a try before buying a new one at honda. Or a used one on the internet.
Because i was not able to find any good, cheap, new, and with international free shipment chinese made part for this.
Thanks.
