Alright, so I am fairly new to the Civic and broader Car Scene alike. I have recently come into possession of a 98' Civic EX Coupe. I really like the car, but it needs a bit of work on both the interior and exterior. I have seen images of 98' Civics sporting the 99' style of bumper. This style https://imgur.com/a/kWFzJDR. I want to know if this could simply be fit to the 98' coupe. I have only ever seen one other forum that said it can but it needs different fenders, ext... to fit. They didn't really elaborate on that much so I couldn't really grasp what would need to be done. That being said, if this is the case and one of you knows what would need to be done the information would be much obliged.

You need to swap the entire front end; bumper, hood, headlights and fenders.
My buddy did it to his old car.

Thank you for the info. I need to either repaint the car myself at some point or have it painted. Either way I will do it right before the car is painted.
