Bumper conundrum

I have a '98 EJ6 4dr, I have the OE stock front bumper on it now. I really dig the OE style front bumper from the '99-'00 (EJ6/EM1 ect.) and want to put one on my car. It's obviously a different style, but does anyone know if it would fit on the frame of the '96-'98?

No, you will need to swap parts. Basically you will need a whole front end off of a 99-00 Civic. This includes: hood, headlamps, fenders, grille and bumper cover.
