2018 Honda Civic Touring Issues and possible remedy
My 2018 Honda Civic Touring is having few issues since April 2020. It is 16 months old with 13k miles.
First issue is loud crunching noise in steering wheel and second issue is this buzzing/rattling noise coming from center console whenever I drive through some rough roads or pot holes.
Took it to first dealership four times with same issue and they claim its fixed but the issue still exists. The four trips took 2 months to schedule/fix/return and it took me 8 round trips in uber. I complained to Honda and they asked me to try a different dealership and I did that as well.
This week, I had 4 round trips to their dealership again to show their mechanic the issues and them acknowledging it. I got a call today to pick it up saying everything is fixed and guess what, the issue still exists. Previous dealer at least washed the car but this dealer returned the car with lot of tiny oil like drippings and marks in the hood and door which doesn't go away when I rub using wet rag or some cleaner. Now, I am even more pissed off.
Can you suggest what can be my next option? Shall I contact a lemon lawyer or just complain with Honda and request a replacement or refund? I'm just frustrated.
