Adaptive cruise control
I bought Honda civic 2018 today. I was going thorough the manual (it's very lengthy. I read something called adaptive cruise control. I couldn't understand it completely. Does anyone knows what is it? thanks

If youre running in cruise control and you start creeping up on another car, it'll slow you down. All part of the Honda sensing package

If it came with a CD that's got the full 700 page owners manual. Plug it in to your PC and start reading.
ACC uses radar to "follow" a certain distance from the car in front of you and change speeds accordingly, instead of how plain cruise just tries to maintain one set speed.
