We just need to vote on the design..which I was trying to post. Unlock the other thread so we can finish up there. There's no point in having 2 threads for the same purpose.

ok i dont know if i like the name itself it just dont stand out at me. plus when i think of it all i can think of is the episode of MTV true life : im in a racing car club.. and all those kids on that show where so dam stupid about how they acted. i think there name was some ugly shiznit like. i dont know if i like it yet, but maybe it will grow on me.. we will see. im not going to do the poll untill i think about it more.

I vote for either 1 or 5. And remember, we are gonna need something that will look good on the car, and not just on paper. Also vote on color as well. I want white and/or a light silver.

And someone's gonna have to email silentrage for me. My email is down at the moment (MeeeeHowwww). Let him know you're following up on my emails and ask him...

The costs for different colors.

If its possible for him to make different designs. (If we dont come up with 1 design we want, why not just choose the one we do want. We'll have different names but same name so it should be ok.)

Also ask him how he makes them. Does he just make a copy of what we send him exactly? Or does he doctor it up a bit to make it look clean and crisp?

If you make the serif on the white 'C' a little smaller on 5, I think that'll work nicely...very clean...

I only did contrasting colors for visibility. I supposed you could move the custom concepts to the left a little bit if you want it all the same color, probably be easier as well. I posted mine only because I saw nobody playing with numbers like C squared or something to that effect

thanx duuuuuuuuude...serif?? hows that in english? lol....you mean just make the font smaller? so you mean have the 2 big "C"s be different sizes?? i can make the "ustom" and "oncepts" be the same size...but if i make the "oncepts" any bigger it wont fit in the "C"...

what if i move the "oncepts" to the top of the white "C" so that its right under the "ustom"??? would that look better? im at work right now so i cant play with it...but ill post a second draft when i get home...

and as far as silent rage, they can touch up the design so that it looks cleaner...i mean in general. i think Roy is the designer. they do great work!!! so even if we can only come up with a rough draft of a design, they can finish it off it need be.

The prices given were based off of that design.

We already voted on the last thread, which is why I saw no point to this new thread. CC has had the most positive feedback and I dont think there has been any recent 'entries' thats shown the same reponse. Until we get an awesome suggestion, it seems like CC.

changed the color to grey also since thats what you guys said was the desired color...this is the updated version on black and white...



i see what youre saying grey, ill try it, but its gonna make the "C"s look kinda not so good i think....

I kinda like that design too....different fonts though, and has to be tweaked a bit.....If we send in OUR pics to be used for the sticker, i'm pretty sure it's gonna have to be a high DPI file....like say, 288 DPI....instead of the 72 we are working in now. Otherwise it's gonna look like crap. It's either gotta be some kind of logo (the C-Squared thing) or one line of text I think. Two lines of text might look kind of weird.....unbalanced. I like the double C design, but I dont think it's a practical sticker, unless of course we arent going for the transparent look with just the text visible.....

It would be sweet if we can get it so the grey is the only part of the sticker (the black is the actual glass). Else the white would be fine.

I just realized where I work has a custom sign shop for advertising.....i'll ask around and see if it would be possible for me to get stickers made.....i'll also check audiolink....I know they make stickers.

And yeah, that gray double C one would be cool if we could get just that with no background. I wonder if thats more expensive? Then again, I kinda like the idea of one line, like the 7thgen.com stickers.
