So yeah, my house. Time? Unknown. Sometime in the afternoon. Tomorrow! AKA Saturday. Kevin has a bunch of things to fix and/or install. I could use some help with tuning my idle. You know, stuff. Who's in?

Haha... Tree lighting ceremony? As in X-Mass tree?
Aw man, I was lookin' forward to seein' ya again. Oh well, se la vi. Um...
Nobody is here yet BTW. Kevin said he'll be here at around 2:00PM. Knowing him that might mean 2:30PM though.
Keith said he'll be down sometime or another. I mentioned Kevin would be down at 2:00PM, so i think Keith might be down at like 2:45PM.
Let's see if my predictions come true... Then again, Keith is online. Damn it, he'll see this and then he'll come over earlier just to spite me.
Did I mention we have beer?

Haha, it happened almost as I had predicted. 2:35 for Kevin and 2:50 for Keith.
Thanks for showing up Duane. I got to see that trunk popper, so I'll probably be getting one sooner or later. Seems easy enough to hook up too. I'll have more beer net time. Well, I had more. It's just that it was that dark kind that's kinda an acquired taste. Anyway, it's kinda weird that we couldn't get that one grey/purple wire to light up. I guess your remote really does have to be programmed or something? Just take a look at your manual and you should be able to figure it out. Then just run some wire from one end of the car to the other. Simple enough. Use some zip ties, or snake it through with the trunk opening wire. Whatever...

Yet another great install-fest.... I've discovered that my role is more of the "official NHRA inspector" for all these installs.... I'm used when certain experience is needed on certain issues....
Too bad we couldn't get that trunk working.... I KNOW we had the right wire.... that remote must have been not sending the signal... Let us know how it works....
It was kewl to see D-Dawg... we haven't seen them in a while... wasn't it better than a damn tree lighting ceremony??????
Grey's going to get broke from all this beer we've been drinking at his place lately.... I'll need to bring the corona's next time

Yes much better than tree lighting.. Yeah not getting the trunk done blows...but I re-read the post, and all we needed to do was convert the neg 2 channel to pos 2 and the run the wire from the alarm, to the relay to the popper... I thinking we didn't even need the gray/violet wire. OH well, I'm of to Tweeter in a few..
